- Selected service, date and time of appointment

This data is used exclusively to process your appointment request and contact you by phone to confirm it. It is not used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

The processing of your data is based on your consent (checkbox on the form) and on the legitimate interest of processing your appointment request.
5. Data Retention
Your data is kept in our email inbox for a maximum period of 12 months after your last appointment. It can be deleted upon simple request.
